Taco Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 5 tsp Smoked (or regular) Paprika
  • 4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 3 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Add more or less to your liking. Or none if you want a mild seasoning.)
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Oregano
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (Add more or less to your liking. Or none if you want a mild seasoning.)

Mix all ingredients together. Store in a jar on your panty shelf.

How to use the mix

Use 3 T of mix per batch of tacos using 1# ground beef, chicken, turkey or pork, adjusting more or less to your tastes.
